I know this has a complex storyline about a girl and a white seal traveling across the Mesozoic era or something, but I've never been high enough to be able to figure it out.

That said, if you just let it wash over you, it's really...well...kind of like a shoegaze album, recorded in a cardboard box, with more melodic elements than you'd expect and, perhaps, happy?
