Last few evenings in the basement working on the new song. Heavy rock tune. Using the SG Melody Maker single pickup Gibson for both rhythm tracks. Running it through the Strymon Iridium and Keeley compressor. Got one track on Fender Deluxe setting and the other on Marshall. Different cab settings too. Both with pretty decent overdrive. Completely different sound. Panning each hard left and right. One track with open chords, the other with bar chords. Lots of energy. Vocals are going to be brutal. No diaphragm singing on this one. My voice is gonna be thrashed. #music #recording #songwriting #guitar
