Two good things.

(1) I ordered a large batch of organic chicken bones and chicken necks for making stock at the weekend. The cold days are coming, the family needs its daily health-giving broth.

(2) I bought a large stock pot to process (1): the largest I can fit in our oven. Always satisfying if a long-standing technical bottleneck is resolved by the right tool! :-)
