My own psychiatrist I was seeing in 2021 when I told him my whole story, sat back, took his glasses off and was cleaning them and said “I’m gonna be real honest with you kalie, I’m surprised you’re even alive,”he then went on to tell me that I was the strongest person he’s ever met in his 20+ year long career. I wish I didn’t have to keep being the strongest person. I’ve grown tired of it 😞 #strong #ptsd #cptsd #disabled #chronicallyill #chronicillness #mentalhealth #MentalIllness #sad

the ptsd, mental illnesses, a personality disorder, and being doubly neurodivergent (triple! Counting ptsd) not to mention now I’m disabled and chronically ill… laughs at what I felt was rough then. I mean it wasn’t easy most people didn’t have to deal with what I did by the time I was 18 in 2011. I miss 2011. I haven’t known peace since 2013. Oh god it’s been 10 years since I’ve not had a chaotic existence. Where I could just breath. The last 10 years have been some of the worst years of my life. There’s only a few shining moments in there, like the birth of my son and my son existing (he’s been a constant shining light in my life), finding my way back to my partner, getting sober. But g0dd*mn I thought the c-ptsd I had from being a kid was rough in 2011… ha. HA. #cptsd #chaos #sober

@Hare I physically cannot help right now as I only have 4$ to my name for the next two weeks, but is there a post or something I can share on any platform? I could even get out my other device and share it on the bird app (which I loath nowadays) I could share it on the book app, or IG stories I have about a collective 3k followers between the two? I’m big on mutual aid and trying to help anyone I can where I can, even if it’s as little as being able to share.
