Update three weeks after my surgery

Last week, I began doing yoga with Jessica on Fitness+. For now, I’m doing a 10-minute slow flow, and I listen to my body’s needs.

I extended my walk to 5 km on Sunday, still slow. I can go up and down the 9 floors of my condo without my cane!

Hoping to start stationary indoor bicycle this week.

At #RodeoFX / #montreal summer 2017 supervising the FX department on multiple shows

Update two weeks after my surgery.

First strength workout with Fitness+ after my fractured femur due to a bike accident.

I sit in a chair to avoid putting too much weight on my fractured leg. I started with 10 minutes today.

This type of exercise will benefit both the body and the mind. Happiness can be small things!
