It occurs to me that we can deploy SSH host keys and their certificates to nodes using #Ansible as it has two existing modules we can use for the task.

Next level in my Homelab: A storage cluster with linbit drbd. Should run on the same nodes as proxmox pve. And of course defined in some ansible scripts 🤣
Currently, this is still running on a test cluster that I set up using OpenTofu on top of the current pve cluster.
But there are still some "hickups"

One of the weirdest cases with Ansible modules is the inability in yum_repo to manage repo parameters without overriding the whole repo.

Such functionality has been asked for many times. The reasoning against that seems to be circular - "it's not designed to do so".

As all alternatives are a bit ugly, created another issue to help future me and other people, if only to find out the real reason not to do this.

Was messing around with the ansible libvirt collection to deploy some molecule instances. Turns out the virt_install module forgot to add the #cloud-config header to user-data when converting it from dictionary to string. Therefor my cloudinit user never got created. Currently preparing a pull request but I am stuck a bit on the test setup.
