What's the greatest video game you've ever played in terms of giving you the feels?*
*feels can be any strong emotion, but I'm talking about the story, scenario or characters, so preferably not "rage-quitting" unless that's the the only time in gaming you've ever felt something 😄
#Texas #Primaries too close to call
Heads up:
With certainty over the coming months you will hear from "leftist" accounts
With all the easy signifiers, flags and symbols
Speaking with great high holy outrage
About some vile betrayal the winner, #Talarico or #Crockett, made against the left
It's a #toxicIdealism #psyop
They are right wingers cosplaying right here on #Mastodon
Do not fall for it
Show up in the general #election in November

Gonna take a quick second to thank all the people out there who are responsible for growing and distributing my food and clothes, especially those outside countries with half-functioning labor laws.
I know you mostly don't get paid well and in many cases aren't treated well. I also doubt you'll ever see this in any form. But thank you anyway.

Okay, this will be my last, and once again, sorry if I miss you.
@sfwrtr is a feminist sci fi author who is interested in gender roles and expectations
@degroof and @NaraMoore are upcoming featured creators, so I've been looking at their profiles recently and it wouldn't exactly be from memory
@alkaid enjoys video games and body horror
@kagan writes urban fantasy set in San Francisco
And I know I've missed some wonderful people from this community, but my brain isn't prepared to do more at the moment and I need to eat my breakfast and finish going to work, but I appreciate everyone who has chosen to be a part of this community

@anderlandbooks started her own small publishing company where she publishes books in both German and English for herself and a few others. She writes historical fiction among other things.
@Nisaa stumbled upon our hashtag and has become an enthusiastic participant. She does many creative things including needlework and creative journaling. She is very involved in the SCA.
@ringles made a funny commercial with his family, likes to tinker with electronics, and writes time travel fiction.
@ElyseMGrasso writes epic fantasy with an MC whose name should be memorable but I keep forgetting. Franz Carl?
@pentup runs the eroticmusings hashtag and creates 3D renders
@KitAuthor is an editor and writer of equine fiction
@SJAsh_03 writes poetry
@fairhavenguy was a long time town historian before retiring and is a fiction writer
@SuzyShearer is a traditionally published romance author in Australia
@jojoinabox lives in New Zealand, near the sea if I remember correctly, and not in a box, and writes plays among other things.
A pause to catch my breath. I won't remember to mention everyone, but I wanted to see how much of what I've learned I can recall from memory. I'm composing these ahead of time, and on a different day or time I might have remembered differently, but I've enjoyed getting to know everyone and hope to keep learning.

@joyce is a retired medieval literature professor who started writing to supplement her retirement income. She is a very successful of medieval mysteries, one series with an MC named Matthew Cordwainer whom I believe is a coroner, and another MC called Gavin Rownt I think, but his name hasn't stuck with me as firmly and I might be off
@aurora has collected a specific type of schoolbag that I believe was part of an exhibit, does knitting (recently handle covers for walkers if my memory isn't failing me), writes when she can, is a strong disability advocate, I believe is a fan of the late Ian Curtis
@ChrisJagged writes horror and his sense of humor often meshes with mine. I hope to one day see him do a scream reading of his work
@wakeless made a bookshelf when his wife asked for a coffee table, wrote at least one children's book, and shares my love of Piranesi, having immediately given a copy to a friend to read as soon as he finished it
@Ink_Soul is an avid gamer and wrote a series called This Is How Immortals Die about Aphrodite
@clarablackink I honestly don't remember what she writes, but I always appreciate her thoughtful responses to the questions and remember a nice conversation about my imagined writing spot
@art_of_goulwenr is a talented French comic artist who is inspired by dreams

I'm doing this from memory, so apologies for mistakes or omissions
@adaddinsane doesn't do rewrites, has published numerous books over several decades, has been a magazine editor, I believe wrote for television for a time, does 3D rendering
@HeliaXyana was a working artist for a time but didn't like all that selling her work entailed, writes books full of whimsy and magic that she intends to publish when she's dead, and once painted her town purple
@SJHoodlet left her old job (PR for an energy company?) to write fantasy romance with a magic system that I can't quite recall but is either elemental or geological, the latter seeming more correct but my memory fails me at the moment
@QuasiTemporal writes serials sometimes involving time travel, has made comics of personified math, and mathematical song parodies
@CA_Hawthorne spent years (decades?) building her fantasy worlds before recently starting to self-publish them.
@crcollins is a former zookeeper who writes hopepunk novels with cover art that includes cool looking trees
@youseeatortoise is a Canadian teacher who writes climate catastrophe with magic, co wrote The Sad Bastard Cookbook, does a podcast, and is part of a collective whose name I can't recall that revolves around a fictional trash TV show that I might incorporate into one of my novels
