@GrahamDowns There's no question that it sucks, and I would not be surprised if there's a lot of "rethinking" going on over at D2D given the reaction (which frankly they should have expected, it's not like small authors are actually profitable or anything, they should know that.)

@ChrisJagged Absolutely, I cringe anytime I see someone in high heels. Besides, if you need to run away from a monster you know you're gonna break a heel, fall down, and the monster will get you.
