I keep seeing that “first they came for the journalists” sign, and it pisses me off so much, because when they came for muslims, immigrants, and trans people, mainstream journalists normalized it and reported it as “both sides”. Somehow it didn’t count for them until it was happening to them personally, which is *exactly* what the fucking poem was warning against in the first place.

The Wagadu Chronicles is an afrocentric sandbox MMORPG in which players build their own villages to thrive and compete within a spirit-ruled wilderness. The game is accompanied by a set of a table top RPG books compatible with D&D 5th edition.

The project is developed by Twin Drums, a hybrid-remote studio based in Berlin and founded by African-European designer Allan Cudicio. Twin Drums' goal is to bring Black inspired mythologies into gaming.

Signed up for Hive too but tbh it doesn't seem to serve me as well as this. It caters a lot more to social media as entertainment and there doesn't seem to be much content for gamedev yet besides people straming games.
