Absolutely. Graffiti are intended to be art, but too often pure vandalism. And there is a big difference here: a lot of the murals are private properties, with the owners supporting the murals (or even contributing to it). OK, the astronaut on my photo is on a school building.

simonbp@serac Didn't get a good picture, but the London Transport museum has one of the old Metropolitan line cars (from the days when it was hauled by steam!) with a women's only compartment. So literally a Victorian concert.
The women's only cars on the subway in Tokyo are only technically women's only at rush hour, which makes it awkward when you get on one not at rush hour, but there's "women only" signs everywhere.
