Que les aides de la CAF soient versées directement aux locataires ou aux propriétaires, ceux qui sont capables de se gérer aux niveaux administratifs et comptabilité et non aux organismes sociaux, ce qui contribuerait à plus d'autonomie pour les Français, ceux qui en ont la capacités.
