End of last year I had a surgery that freed me from a decade of chronic pain & I spent this year recovering from it...both in rediscovering things I can suddenly do again & letting go of a whole lot.

My spoons have not improved; my tendency to overdo it to prove otherwise is likely to blame. (I can do laundry on my own again, I should be able to do ALL the thiiiings!) XD 1/3
