Just checked out #WebLibre; a new #gecko / #firefox-based browser for #android.

Clearly still very alpha state but this smells surprisingly good!

It's got some very interesting features that I'd want my browser to have such as #TOR in private tabs (or custom containers), built-in #bangs, link handling dialog, sensible defaults and quite a lot of other stuff.

It's great to finally see some actual innovation in the mobile browser space since, what, 5 years?

Ça récupère le chapeau, mais si l'#agrégateur demande le contenu, on ne l'a pas.

Ça (me) donne l'impression que vous ne respectez pas ce vieux standard du #WebLibre. #RespectProtocolsPlease

D'autant que le texte qu'on récupère à la place du vrai contenu est :

> « Tous nos articles sont donc lisibles, sans abonnement. »

Sans abonnement, mais pas dans un agrégateur RSS ? Pourquoi ?

I tried #WebLibre (in #Fdroid #browser category) for the same reason and it has some interesting features. The only issues I had right away were it doesn't use Firefox sync (so no passwords, bookmarks and history transfert or tabs sharing) and "Google Safe Browsing" couldn't be disabled.
