Need to give a shoutout to WebLibre. Mobile browser built with Gecko. They added a new feature that let's me strip the tracking from a URL before I open it and gives me the choice of which kind of tab to open, regular or private.
This is privacy first. This is the way forward.

Just checked out #WebLibre; a new #gecko / #firefox-based browser for #android.
Clearly still very alpha state but this smells surprisingly good!
It's got some very interesting features that I'd want my browser to have such as #TOR in private tabs (or custom containers), built-in #bangs, link handling dialog, sensible defaults and quite a lot of other stuff.
It's great to finally see some actual innovation in the mobile browser space since, what, 5 years?
