This is not an AI issue but an organization issue. Opacity blocks cooperation. To fix this you will have to throw more heads at the triage or open it more so community self-management can thrive.

@ojs Love this framing! 3 out of 4 dimensions is a solid score.

I'm actually building something in Obsidian called KOMPAS that takes a similar approach — instead of beating yourself up over timing, let the system learn YOUR rhythm and work from there. Turns out when you stop fighting the 4th dimension and start listening to it, things get a lot easier.

Here's what KOMPAS actually does: When you mark something as done, it records the date. After two or more completions, it calculates the average interval between them — your natural rhythm.
Clean the bathroom every 9 days? Not because a schedule says so. Because that's what you actually do.
The next time it's due, it shows up. Not before. No backlog of guilt.

Your to-do list doesn't fail because you lack discipline. It fails because it doesn't know you.
KOMPAS is an Obsidian system I'm building that learns from how you actually behave — tracking intervals between actions, surfacing tasks when they're due based on your own patterns. No rigid schedules. No guilt. A compass, not a whip.
Still early. Looking to connect with others rethinking self-management beyond "just get it together."
