Similar to yesterday but ran in the opposite direction and wearing different shoes and finishing off with some strides. A very productive run today. Decided to warm up at a slower pace before moving into the main part of the workout which meant my heart rate wasn’t peaking in the designated zone too early meaning a slightly faster pace and better average hr for the main part.
