The end of my term on the IFTF board of directors

I am delighted, yes I said delighted, to announce that today is my last day on the IFTF board of directors. I have been on the board since the beginning -- that being 2016 -- but now I depart. With me ends the era of the oh-gee IFTF founders. ...

I wrote a will

IntroComp

Home of IntroComp, an annual interactive fiction competition where participants develop excerpts of interactive fiction, gain feedback from audience reactions, and hopefully use this feedback to release a final product.

IFTF says hello to its new president, Justin Bortnick. Justin has been part of the NarraScope committee since we started that up, so he's no stranger to helping run things around here.

And at the same time, goodbye to Jason McIntosh, founding board member of IFTF and its first (and up until now only) president.

The Interactive Fiction Community Forum

Putting together my final @IFTF monthly board meeting agenda as its president; my term ends in a few weeks.

I'll have more to say about it, and more "officially", in the days to come, but I already feel seized by gratitude. I am so happy at how IFTF has grown since 2016, and I know it'll keep growing under fresh leadership.

I feel certain that co-founding this organization will have been one of the best things I did with my life.
