Due to a conversation with management at work I only for 7h sleep last night. Due to a stressful meeting yesterday we have post exertional malaise and are struggling today.

However, I still managed 2h on my dissertation and 1.75h deep rest. Rest of time was restful.

Hopefully tomorrow is better. I'm tired.
