Wednesday night I had an incident every computer owner dreads: I spilled a beverage all over my MacBook. Most of Wednesday night went to me (with considerable help from @moira) taking the MacBook apart, finding all signs of tea within, and cleaning it up. This included not only taking the underside of the case off, but also detaching the trackpad and taking off all the keycaps so their undersides could be cleaned.

I am here to tell you: taking an M1 MacBook Pro apart is _hard_.

But thankfully @moira has a full suite of tools from iFixit, and iFixit has excellent repair guides. We got the thing apart and _mostly_ reassembled correctly, the computer booted up and seemed to function and everything. /1
