Edit: Problem gefixt.
Which #HEX editor do you guys recommend using on which platform? Is there any app that works on all three? (#Linux, #macOS, #Windows)
Don't really need anything too fancy, also don't mind paying for a really well supported and quality app.
I've been looking at 010 (https://www.sweetscape.com/010editor) as well as HexEd.it. First one seems really powerful, but not sure I need that to edit bios and EC firmware files. Second is a web app with all due limits.

I sometimes like to share others' videos posted on Mastodon with a couple of my friends. Thus far, neither one of them can open them. My spouse can open them just fine. I've tried sharing by copying the video link, by saving video link as ... then sending. Nothing works. I know one of them is using an iPad, if that matters. Any ideas how to send videos so they can be opened?
I've long hosted blacksmithing nights at my forge, and helped a lot of people learn how to do basic wood and metal work.
My collection of hobbies and tools also includes ceramics, leather work, metal casting, electronics and tool making. I have a lot of stuff, and a lot of skills, but feel like I am hoarding treasure when so much useful stuff sits idle in the shop.
I enjoy teaching, but this can't be a one-person enterprise. I think it takes a village, or something like that.

The idea is to have a space full of tools and knowledge for people to learn and create - not a money-making enterprise of renting tools, not a free library of skills, not a handyman business, but a space where people can work, learn, and cross pollinate creativity in community.
Picture a big shop full of all the tools you don't have room for, and people who can teach you how to use them. Open-houses where everyone can work on their stuff, and classes in specific skills.
#FediHelp #co-op
Hello Fediverse! I have dreamed for a long time about creating a maker-space type co-op-y sort of community oriented kind of thing, based around my love of learning how to make and repair physical objects with my own hands.
I'm seeking stories (success or failure) about creating co-ops with physical space and assets. Legal, social, and other first hand experiences welcome, really just any wise words about how to go about such a thing.
Happy 2026 everyone!
Yada yada new year's resolutions yada yada...
Anyways, which movie or show has a female (?) character / villain (?) say something like "What am I supposed to do with all this pain?" in a very dramatic scene?
I can't for the life of me figure it out and it's been haunting me since last year 🤔🤔🤔
