Qwyrdo and β, music witchesDang it. Successfully updated my GeForce RTX 270 graphics card driver, but Ultimate Admiral: Age of Sail still cranks up my laptop's fans to the max. Not good.
Any other suggestions? Questions? Keep in mind I'm basically a beginner when it comes to dealing with hardware, so if you can help, step-by-step clarity is appreciated.
Update: I did defrag the hard drive. Looking at the task manager when I boot up a game doesn't seem to show anything really eating up my CPU. I'm fairly certain it's the graphics card now, but I have no idea how to begin troubleshooting what's wrong and how to fix it. Help and boosts needed, please.
