Un'esclusiva del Tg1, andata in onda nell'edizione delle 20 del telegiornale diretto da Gian Marco Chiocci, riferisce di alcune indiscrezioni che permetterebbero di spostare l'orario della morte di Chiara Poggi. La perizia dell'anatomopatologa Cristina Cattaneo, depositata in Procura, secondo quanto ricostruito dal telegiornale Rai avrebbe stabilito infatti che il 13 agosto 2007 Chiara Poggi sarebbe stata uccisa almeno mezz'ora dopo aver fatto colazione, circostanza che se confermata potrebbe postare in avanti l'ora del delitto e mettere quindi in discussione l'arco temporale in cui è stato collocato l'omicidio.

Una finestra temporale diversa e più ampia, ma anche una violenta colluttazione. La consulenza dell'anatomopatologa Cristina Cattaneo depositata in Procura aprirebbe a nuovi scenari. Come detto la perizia della Cattaneo avrebbe stabilito che il 13 agosto 2007 Chiara Poggi sarebbe stata uccisa almeno mezz'ora dopo aver fatto colazione. Una circostanza, che se confermata, metterebbe in discussione il ristretto arco temporale in cui la sentenza di condanna di Alberto Stasi colloca l'omicidio. In passato infatti si è parlato di un'azione fulminea, un'aggressione rapida e violenta durata solo pochi minuti. Elementi che hanno influito anche sulla compatibilità dell'alibi di Stasi. Sempre in base a quanto riferisce il Tg1 emergerebbero anche i segni di una violenta e prolungata colluttazione che potrebbero dare un valore specifico alle tracce di Dna trovate sulle unghie di Chiara, che secondo la nuova inchiesta sarebbero riconducibili ad Andrea Sempio. La consulenza affidata dalla Procura di Pavia si concentrerebbe su tre punti chiave: i tempi della morte di Chiara, la dinamica del delitto, l'arma utilizzata e mai ritrovata. Elementi che potrebbero riscrivere la dinamica dell'omicidio e riscrivere la storia di Garlasco.

Il Tempo: Quarto Grado, dal pc di Chiara la verità su Garlasco? "Accessi ai video intimi"

Nuovi elementi sul delitto di Garlasco possono arrivare dall'analisi del computer di Chiara Poggi? Se ne parla a Quarto Grado, il programma condotto da Gianluigi Nuzzi su Rete 4. In base a quanto riportato nella puntata di venerdì 20 marzo il dottor Alessandro Borra, consulente della difesa di Alberto Stasi, "ci sarebbero tracce di accesso ai video intimi di Chiara e Alberto". Il consulente sta studiando il numero di accessi e le date. La consulenza sarà depositata alla Procura di Pavia entro due settimane. 

Borra sta lavorando sul pc di Chiara Poggi e a proposito dei video intimi "ha detto che ci sarebbero tracce di accessi a quei file, però non ha né confermato né smentito al momento le date che sono circolate in queste ore, tra maggio e agosto", spiega l'inviato del programma.  Tra le ipotesi possibili nell'ambito di moventi alternativi c'è quella che qualcuno possa aver visto quei video, al di fuori della coppia. Quando ci sono stati questi accessi? "La prima data è del 5 maggio che è un sabato. Chiara crea il file albert.zip con all'interno i video intimi. Poi abbiamo il 2 giugno che è un giorno festivo e quindi presumiamo che sia Chiara e che Marco potevano essere in casa", viene spiegato nella trasmissione.

E ancora: "C'è il 18 giugno che è un lunedì, non abbiamo un orario, sappiamo che Chiara è al lavoro, la fascia oraria è dalle 8.30 alle 17.30, dobbiamo anche considerare i tempi e gli spostamenti da e per Garlasco. E invece Marco è a casa a preparare la maturità", è la ricostruzione offerta. "E poi abbiamo l'ultima data, quella del 10 agosto, l'ultimo accesso di Chiara sul proprio pc. È sola in casa perché in quel momento Marco è già in vacanza in Trentino con i genitori". Come e in che misura questi dati, se confermati, possono portare nuovi elementi di indagine nell'inchiesta che vede al centro Andrea Sempio, indagato per omicidio in concorso, mentre Stasi sta scontando una condanna definitiva per l'omicidio di Chiara? Ne sapremo di più quando la consulemza di Borra sarà depositata.

Il Tempo: Sempio al contrattacco sullo scontrino: "L'ho fatto io, i testimoni dicono bugie"

A quasi diciotto anni dall'omicidio di Chiara Poggi, il delitto di Garlasco continua a far discutere tra sviluppi giudiziari, nuove perizie e polemiche mediatiche. Per l'assassinio è stato condannato in via definitiva Alberto Stasi, ma negli ultimi mesi l'attenzione si è concentrata anche su Andrea Sempio, più volte finito al centro di accertamenti e archiviazioni e ora nuovamente indagato. Questa sera Sempio è stato ospite di Quarta Repubblica, il programma condotto da Nicola Porro su Rete4, per un faccia a faccia in prima serata.

Alla domanda su cosa abbia inciso nel farlo sentire “un indagato a vita”, Sempio risponde: «Io credo che il grande jolly sia stato il DNA, perché il DNA prima era suscettibile di interpretazioni, poteva essere “usato in molti modi”. È stato quello l'elemento che ha permesso tutte le volte di insinuare nuovamente il dubbio». Sul caso Stasi e la colpevolezza aggiunge: «Quello non lo so, di sicuro però posso parlare a livello mediatico: anche lui ai tempi, prima ancora di essere condannato, ha vissuto la gogna mediatica e il fatto di essere additato come colpevole. È una cosa che non dovrebbe succedere in ogni caso, anche se poi, nel tempo, c'è stata la sua condanna».

Sempio torna poi sulla questione dello scontrino del parcheggio, elemento più volte richiamato nelle ricostruzioni: «Ribadisco, quello scontrino l'ho fatto io. Testimoni che dicono che me l'hanno dato, che sanno, che me l'ha passato qualcun altro, li vorrei vedere. Se ci sono, dicono balle. Se ci sono, perché nei mesi questo testimone è già cambiato più volte: prima ce n'era uno, poi c'è stata la storia del Vigile del Fuoco, poi lo scontrino è diventato falso, poi è diventato vero ed è tornato il Vigile del Fuoco, poi l'ultima è che è stato un mio parente. Anche questo discorso della persona che è stata sentita due volte, per me è una delle tante indiscrezioni che gira. Il punto è, come vi ho detto, che quello scontrino l'ho fatto io». Infine, sulle indiscrezioni relative alla nuova perizia della dottoressa Cattaneo, che potrebbe rivedere l'orario dell'omicidio: «Io ho raccontato quello che ho fatto quella giornata, l'orario può cambiare come vuole, io ho detto come è andata, non cambio versione».

Io non so che opinione si possa avere di #FabrizioCorona, che si è presentato davanti alla procura di Pavia dove erano stati convocati per un interrogatorio sia #AlbertoStasi che #AndreaSempio e ha cominciato a tirare fango su tutti. Mi metto nei panni della famiglia di #ChiaraPoggi, che a distanza di diciassette anni deve rivivere l'incubo di #Garlasco: è tremendo.
