On average, how long are your writing sessions?

I only can say that answering and reading others answers to the hashtag prompt games I follow and participate takes around an hour a day.

For actual fiction writing I have not the slightest clue, the problem if I have an eye on the clock I act like a writing opposum...
Pretend to be dead in hope the hour passes telling myself it's okay that I have done so little in an hour (most times it ends up as research and some copied links into the frame works for worldbuilding).
I just write and if you ask yourself how I do this on my phone my mini clock next to the front camera is covered by a glued on camera cover to slide around. So I have to actively pull down the drop down menu to see my clock or return to the lock screen.

I always find my writing flow in more narrative conversations so im most productive if my mood is good. Which isn't a given with depressions and today's world.

My point: if it is information to be used in their work, don't make them do it on their break.

If it isn't #valuable enough to the company to do it on work time, then it isn't valuable enough for the employee to know and use it either.
