It's okay to take a break from all of it, we need some peace too. Everyone has their saturation point, just like a sponge. We may drink a coffee or tea or our another favourite drink; we may sleep or take a bath; we may have sex with our partner. Take a little rest and we can continue later with clearer mind. We must continue our struggle, it takes time but we can achieve our goals.
