Dnes som začal deň ranným tréningom.

Dať do pohode nielen telo, ale aj “hlavu”.

Dnes ju budem potrebovať sviežu 🍀😎

I really love this truck and hope it comes to production. I agree with this author that the sunroof is unnecessary and I dislike sun / heat on my head.

We Drove Telo’s Tiny 500-HP Electric Truck, and We Have Some Suggestions

> America’s smallest electric truck is as big as a Mini, has a Tacoma-size bed, and packs 500 hp. Here’s what it’s like from behind the wheel.

#Telo

The #Telo reminds me so much of the #BrubakerBox, and I worry that a similar number will be produced. However, if someone can snag one of the prototypes, it might be worth a fortune in a few decades!

I love the design of the #Telo trucks, but am not optimistic that they will get them into mass production. They have only a handful of prototypes created, and we are about to head into a huge recession/depression.

Tesla co-founder invests in tiny electric truck startup TELO

TELO Trucks, the maker of a super small electric pickup truck, announced that they raised $20 million, and Tesla co-founder...

Adorable electric vehicle alert! I love this new #Telo Truck design.

It does not look super-small in absolute terms, seemingly the exact size and shape as a minivan, but much much smaller than every regular pickup being sold in the US right now, and it can actually be used in urban areas.

I posted a new item to my blog about the Telo Truck.

BTW, if you don't know what these things were that I was asking the community about in hopes of a response from the Telo Trucks rep:

OVMS = OpenVehicles Monitoring System - It's something that could, effectively, replace all of the connected services many vehicle manufacturers provide, but allows you to own every aspect of it, provided the vehicle is adequately supported. This includes being able to view your vehicle's state of charge, stop and start charging, lock and unlock doors remotely, start and stop climate remotely, see various aspects of vehicle health and performance, etc. It can integrate with ABRP for intelligent EV navigation, and it can integrate with Home Assistant for building automations. Using the public servers for remote access is entirely optional.

OpenPilot - Intelligent navigation system that provides some driving automation, including intelligent cruise control, and some very basic autonomous driving. Provided it has support for the vehicle, it can use the vehicle's own systems for making decisions.

As you can see, all of the responses I noted have nothing to do with any of this. Reddit is just a cesspool of hate and ignorance.

OVMS actually helped me track down a problem with my 12v battery through its logging capabilities. It also assists me in tracking energy usage and habits. But it has limited support for my current EV so it has limited capability. For now, it can't fully replace Kia Connect.

I have no interest in autonomous driving. But I find adaptive/intelligent cruise control to be tremendously useful for longer drives. This still requires my attention, but significantly reduces the cognitive load of driving long distances, particularly during traffic congestion.

Both of these projects are Open Source. OVMS has a criminally low amount of attention, though, in a space where people would LOVE to break away from manufacturer connected services being locked behind paywalls.

I should note that while the subreddit is fan-created and not officially owned by Telo Trucks, someone representing Telo Trucks (u/TeloTrucks) is a moderator there and posts there.

So that's the community being built around their product.

I'm keeping my reservation for now, but I won't be participating in their community.

I have reserved a Telo Truck.

Looks like there's over 7000 at this point. Even if I have to wait until 2027, that's fine.
