3rd day in a row that my body let me do 20+ minutes of gentle #supine exercises. Yesterday was 30 minutes. My head is a little buzzy & my ears are ringing but my hr is 72, which is in my normal resting range. Husband got me a glass of Pedialyte. If I feel good this afternoon I'll attempt rowing with #therabands. Grateful for#youtube access. I wish I had a workout partner, even virtually. I could use the accountability/babysitting.
