A day after our restaurant visit, we went on the Portland Aerial Tram and took it to the top of Marquam Hill. The view from the top of the hill of the city is quite impressive, and so is the view going down the tram!

This past Sunday we stopped by a Japanese retailer called MUJI, known for taking on a minimalist approach to their product designs. It is the only MUJI out here on the western U.S. coast. Be sure you order your coffee or tea at the robot barista!

This past weekend, we took our friends to the coastal city of Cannon Beach, Oregon. My wife and I explored several beach towns on the East Coast but this one felt very unique, Cannon Beach gives off a bit of mountain town vibes.
