Just 50 years ago, the old Chelsea House in West Brattleboro recorded and released an album that had a very big impact around here.

The 1970s brought great changes to the Brattleboro area's music community. John Clark started his first tour of duty at WTSA, Cap'n Bullfrog's record store opened in the Latchis building, Ralph and Pat Baker started up their Sound Hole musical instrument shop on Elliot Street, John and Tony arrived at Marlboro College, and the Chelsea House opened for a run of about seven years of concerts and folk dances. The release of this album, "Jacob's Reunion" on Chelsea House Records, was one of the biggest events. The download option appears after clicking the downward-pointing caret to the right of the album's heading. Several cuts from this album were especially popular. The first of those to come up is Track 2, "Ontario."

I get these two as Elle Cordova (formerly known professionally as Reina del Cid) and Toni Lindgren. Toni is a very solid guitarist.

I was watching a music video and have a #ThoughtForToday #thought - groups of 3-4 singers often appear (from my understanding) to have one more extroverted leader with others who typically play some musical instruments and/or are introverted.

I think that an introvert will be more focused on internal feelings than on social interactions... shy, less energetic, more comfortable to say less, enjoys listening to the conversation before joining it).

I am much more of an introvert around any people I communicate with - but I don't really like being around people these days because of the self-confidence I have lost through living in health care services (I have distrusting anxiety and prefer self-reliant independence).

Maybe that's why I noticed in the video. #empathy
