I just ran a Web search about Trump's claim that a deal with Iran is near completion. Is Iran saying the same? Three searches later, I couldn't get an answer. Is this yet another example of Trump's delusionality or is it something else? All I got for my search efforts was dozens of reports of what Trump said. Operation Epstein Fury in Iran continues as far as I can tell at the moment.

Kevin Frye made a great deal of sense in this MS NOW interview. That doesn't necessarily mean the remainder of the Democratic "autopsy" of the 2024 election does. Personally, I liked Joe Biden overall. He was one of our better presidents. So, it is very hard - really, really, REALLY hard - to get how much Americans disliked him. In a public opinion poll awhile back, respondents rated Biden BELOW Trump, even though Trump had the highest Poor ratings of all presidents included in the questioning. Biden didn't explain what the US economy had been through during a worldwide economic slowdown and he did not explain his efforts to bring the economy back. Meanwhile, Trumpublicans never missed an opportunity to slam a Biden economy that was actually on the rise. AND KAMALA HARRIS DID NEXT TO DIFFERENTIATE HERSELF FROM BIDEN. Down ballot candidates were left to deal with this themselves. In spite of losses elsewhere, Democrats actually picked up a seat in the US House with no help to speak of from above. It seems important to me to look at how House candidates did better than everyone else and to avoid at all cost renominating Kamala Harris. Make Trumpublicans run on their record of a crumbling economy, affordability slipping away from increasing numbers of working Americans, their support for ICE domestic terrorism, their persistent Epstein coverup, their support for a war with Iran no matter how unpopular, and on and on. Trumpublicans control all three branches of the federal government and there is no one else to blame for gigantic American problems of their own creation. Trumpublicans have run a government of billionaires, by billionaires, and FOR billionaires. Make them run on their record and pay for their perfidy at the ballot box in November.
