I am trying another #moodtracking app. This one is called #MoodPatterns. It analyses my mood and other factors and tries to find correlations.
Apparently, ‘use: yip’ is correlated with higher stress.
Good to know, I guess, but what the hell is #yip?!
I found online that ‘yip’ is a slang term for cocaine, but I didn’t take any. (And even if I did, how would the app know about it anyways?) Complete #mystery. 🤷

I used Daylio to quickly capture my mood, but stopped using it after a year.
I also like Raindrop for hoarding... for collecting links and ideas.
Goblin Tools is also magical, especially for analyzing tone of voice in emails and text messages. The magic todolist is also nice idea, but I don't have a use case for this.

I’ve been doing CBT training for my #anxiety. Learning about the Worry Tree, hot thoughts, cycles etc. I’ve come to realise that I need to journal daily. Not only that, but I need to have a way of reviewing data to prove that life is positive.
With #iOS18 launching soon, I’m hoping there’s a wave of apps using the new #HealthKit APIs to log mood in Apple Health. It would be good to have various apps read from a central source, just like my physical health apps do.
