My weight loss thread was broken due to my migration to a new instance, but I'll continue from here. An update on weigh-ins so far.
Goal = 190 lbs.
Jan 5th - 198.8
Feb 6th - 200.4
Mar 4th - 198.4
And then today...
Not much progress but I've increased my exercise and now have a regular routine. I definitely feel better.
We have a two week vacation in Europe coming up in a few days so don't expect any miracles in next month's weigh-in.
