For some reason iOS Files app has associated image/vid viewing with a series of 3rd party apps. I delete the default app, and it drops to the next.

How can I restore default behavior - to use iOS default "Open With" viewers? I've been trying approaches suggested in searching to no avail. What is the default "app" choice supposed to be, anyway?
