I sometimes get confused when people follow me who don't quite seem to be, well, real.

Take, for example, Lydia Jenna, whose screen name is also Ashley Julia (@AshleyJulia55[at]mastodon.uno), but is on OnlyFans as Haven.Tunin according to a reverse check on the profile picture.

I don't know, do I need to follow a fake profile back? Perhaps I'm just too old to fall for these tricks, and especially for cut profile pictures which give the game away.
