Tinnitus is the price I pay for the fact that my most reliable source of therapy is to shut out the world, and immerse myself completely in one of my favourite albums.
Yesterday has been a seriously distressing day. a lot of emotional buildup happened, and I did what I do best, express myself trough art.
I wouldn't usually share this kind of thing, but I found the result rather interesting and I figured others might be curious to see raw creative and emotional artistic expression, as well as just spread the good word of constructive coping mechanisms
Having a healthy channel trough which to express your griefs and let it all out is paramount to taking care of your mental health, this can be anything constructive, it doesn't have to be visual art, so long as it's something that allows feelings to go out in a manner that isn't destructive to yourself or those around you, anything is a valid mechanism to adopt.
I'm doing okay now, worry not.
