AzarilhI wanted to try imagining my and my partner's characters as ponies from MyLittlePony, and what best way than to draw it? :D
Took me almost 9 hours total, less than expected, especially considering the scene. Sure, it's a simple scene, but i am not used to draw scenes, i am happy how it came out. The scene is from the cartoon, but i drew it by hand.
My pony is a earth pony with trans-coloured petals as the cutie mark. I like simplicity. The meaning of the cutie mark is a secret ( no, it is not about being trans ).
Stormy's pony was particularly fun to image. Her character is a kirin-wolf hybrid, but didn't want to simply draw her character in MLP style, i wanted it to fit. Kirins look different in the MLP universe, so i maintained that style. But OG Stormy has a unicorn and a "cutie mark", and because she is a hybrid, i thought why not make her MLP character into a hybrid too? Enter the unicorn-kirin hybrid! Front feet and the unicorn are pony-like, but everything else is kirin-like.
What do you think? I'd like feedback on what i could do better. ^-^
