LA NOTIZIA: Conte adesso fa paura, sempre più nel mirino del centrodestra

In vista della sfida alle politiche Giuseppe Conte, leader del M5S, evidentemente fa paura. Non si spiegano altrimenti gli attacchi quotidiani, dalla gestione della pandemia alla politica estera, che arrivano – soprattutto da parte di esponenti di Fratelli d’Italia – al suo indirizzo. Galeazzo Bignami, capogruppo FdI alla Camera, prende spunto dall’incontro in un ristorante romano fra l’ex premier e Paolo Zampolli, emissario di Donald Trump, di cui ha dato conto il quotidiano Libero, per chiedersi “cosa faceva ieri a pranzo con l’emissario di Trump a Roma, chiuso come al suo solito in una stanza, a parlare di vicende esattamente opposte rispetto a quelle che poi quando va in piazza con i propal, con gli antagonisti, con chi prende a martellate questo e quell’altro”.
La replica di Conte
Lucida e affilata la replica dell’ex premier. “Posso assicurare a Bignami e a tutto il cucuzzaro che non ho detto né più né meno quello che ho sempre detto pubblicamente”, cioè che le azioni di Trump in Venezuela e in Iran sono illegali e che l’Italia non dovrebbe concedere le basi ai militari statunitensi nemmeno per il supporto logistico alla guerra. A Zampolli, “ho detto ‘spiega al presidente Trump che se lui è per Maga, Make America Great Again, io sono per Miga’, Make Italy Great Again”. In aula a Montecitorio è Riccardo Ricciardi, presidente dei deputati stellati, a sintetizzare la visione dei contiani, parlando di “disperazione del governo” e sottolineando che per l’incontro con Zampolli “Conte è andato in un ristorante pubblico, invece Delmastro va in ristoranti in cui si sospetta si riciclino i soldi della camorra”.

The former prime minister’s reply is sharp and clear. “I can assure Bignami and the whole gang that I have said neither more nor less than what I have always said publicly,” meaning that Trump’s actions in Venezuela and Iran are illegal and that Italy should not grant bases to the US military even for logistical support to the war. To Zampolli, “I said ‘explain to President Trump that if he is for Maga, Make America Great Again, I am for Miga, Make Italy Great Again’.” In the Montecitorio chamber, Riccardo Ricciardi, president of the star MPs, summarizes the Conte’s vision, speaking of “the government’s desperation” and emphasizing that for the meeting with Zampolli “Conte went to a public restaurant, while Delmastro goes to restaurants where suspected money laundering by the Camorra is taking place.”

AGI - Il capogruppo di FdI alla Camera Galeazzo Bignami, ai microfoni dello speciale sul referendum sulla giustizia su La7, commenta con queste parole la sconfitta del Sì: "È sempre da accettare il risultato quando gli italiani si esprimono, tanto più con una affluenza elevata, che è sempre positiva. Io conosco Giorgia Meloni da tempo, non ho memoria di una battaglia politica da cui lei si sia sottratta, lei ci mette sempre la faccia. Certamente sperava in risultato diverso". 
La riforma sulla separazione delle carriere - ricorda ancora Bignami - "era un impegno che aveva preso tutto il centrodestra, quindi non si può dire che la vittoria sarebbe stata la nostra e la sconfitta degli altri, avevamo presentato insieme nel 2022 questa proposta, è una proposta unitaria del centrodestra".

La separazione delle carriere dei magistrati "era un provvedimento che avevamo nel programma elettorale" del centrodestra "e avevamo il dovere di portarlo avanti", spiega il capogruppo di FdI che non teme contraccolpi per il governo e la sua maggioranza: "Lo abbiamo detto fin dall'inizio che il referendum non avrebbe inciso sulle sorti del governo".
Il caso Delmastro e il voto referendario
Inevitabile anche una domanda se il caso che in questi giorni ha coinvolto il sottosegretario alla Giustizia di FdI, Andrea Delmastro, possa aver indirizzato la vittoria del No: "Faremo le nostre valutazioni, ma mi sembra complesso dire che la sconfitta del Sì al referendum sia colpa di questa vicenda", chiarisce Bignami.
L'agenda parlamentare e le riforme
Ultima sottolineatura dell'esponente della maggioranza: "Non credo che cambierà la nostra agenda parlamentare (sulle riforme del governo e, in particolare, sulla legge elettorale, ndr) perché, come abbiamo detto fin dall'inizio, le vicende attinenti alla consultazione referendaria erano sganciate".

Finally, the ruling coalition member emphasized: “I don’t believe that our parliamentary agenda (on the government’s reforms and, in particular, on the electoral law, ed.) will change because, as we have said from the beginning, the events related to the referendum consultation were independent.”

L'Unità: Referendum: perché Meloni porta voti al NO, perché Gratteri li porta al SÌ

La presidente del Consiglio ieri è intervenuta di nuovo sul referendum. Si è scagliata contro i magistrati che scarcerano troppa gente. Non si sa bene a chi si riferisse, ma conta poco. In sostanza Meloni – forse per sbaglio, forse perché non conosce bene la riforma Nordio – si è schierata dalla parte di Pm che arrestano e contro i giudici che scarcerano solo perché non trovano legittimo l’arresto. Tradotto: stiamo ben attenti a non dare ulteriore potere ai giudici liberandoli dal condizionamento dei Pm. Dobbiamo riempire le carceri, e quindi la riforma Nordio, che è garantista, è pericolosa e va affossata.
Non ci credete? Lo so, sembra uno scherzo. Ma è così. Ogni volta che interviene Meloni, o Donzelli, o Delmastro, o Bignami, ma anche Tajani, è sempre la stessa solfa: vogliamo magistrati sbirri che mettano in prigione più gente possibile (soprattutto poveri) e seguano gli ordini del governo. Linea politica che sarebbe impossibile se passasse la riforma Nordio. A riequilibrare le cose a favore del Sì è intervenuto il noto magistrato Gratteri. Con un gesto che deve aver allontanato un bel gruppetto di elettori del No, incompatibile col Pm cowboy. Cosa ha fatto Gratteri? Ha detto a un giornalista del Foglio: “Con voi del Foglio i conti li faremo dopo il voto”. Una minaccia inaudita da parte di un magistrato, anzi del Procuratore di Napoli. Difficile che il Csm possa non intervenire, sempre che si accerti che la minaccia non costituisca un reato penale. Comunque è un attacco pazzesco alla libertà di stampa. Speriamo che il fronte del No non perda tempo e allontani Gratteri, imponendogli il silenzio.

The Prime Minister intervened again regarding the referendum yesterday. She lashed out at the magistrates who release too many people. It wasn’t clear to whom she was referring, but it doesn’t matter much. Essentially, Meloni – perhaps by mistake, perhaps because she doesn’t fully understand the Nordio reform – took the side of the Public Prosecutors who arrest and against the judges who release people simply because they don’t find the arrest justified. Translated: we are very careful not to give judges more power by releasing them from the influence of the Public Prosecutors. We need to fill the prisons, and therefore the Nordio reform, which is guarantor, is dangerous and must be sunk.

Don't you believe it? I know, it seems like a joke. But it is. Every time Meloni, or Donzelli, or Delmastro, or Bignami, or even Tajani intervenes, it's always the same tune: we want magistrate “police officers” who put as many people in prison as possible (especially the poor) and follow the orders of the government. A political line that would be impossible if the Nordio reform were to pass. To rebalance things in favor of the Yes, the well-known magistrate Gratteri intervened. With a gesture that must have alienated a sizable group of No voters, incompatible with the “cowboy” Public Prosecutor. What did Gratteri do? He told a journalist from *Il Foglio*: “We’ll make the accounts with you at *Il Foglio* after the vote.” An unprecedented threat from a magistrate, indeed the Public Prosecutor of Naples. It’s difficult for the Csm (the independent judicial council) to not intervene, provided that it is ascertained that the threat does not constitute a criminal offense. However, it’s a crazy attack on freedom of the press. Hopefully, the No front won't waste time and will distance itself from Gratteri, imposing silence on him.
