Der Konzernumbau beim Lausitzer #Energiekonzern #Leag verschiebt #Milliardenrisiken aus dem #Braunkohle'geschäft auf die Allgemeinheit, so eine Analyse des Forum Ökologisch-Soziale Marktwirtschaft (FÖS) im Auftrag von #Greenpeace und dem Umweltnetzwerk #GrüneLiga. Die neu gegründete Lausitz Energie Verwaltungs GmbH (#LEV) soll demnach das künftig unrentable Braunkohlegeschäft übernehmen, um die Bilanzen der anderen Sparten zu entlasten. Der LE-V fehlt die nötige Kapitaldecke, eine gesicherte Finanzarchitektur und die rechtlich gesicherte Haftung durch den tschechischen Mutterkonzern #EPH im Insolvenzfall.
„Die Analyse belegt unsere Befürchtungen“, sagt René Schuster vom Umweltnetzwerk Grüne Liga: „Das Abspalten milliardenschwerer Vermögenswerte bei der Leag-Neustrukturierung hinterlässt eine #BadBank – ohne ausreichende Absicherung für Rekultivierungskosten in Milliardenhöhe.“
