@actuallyautistic I think a lot of #actuallyautistic folks dont realize when they face ableism. Being the butt of every joke felt natural to me for years.

But I wont accept that anymore. Every group I join seems to have "neurodiversity" and "open to everyone" plastered on the front door but if you say "please dont use sarcasm with me" they tell you to pound sand.

I think we need a stronger, more vocal, less friendly activism. I dont want to be your friend if you make fun of me.
