Gibraltargatan, #malmö . A fairly run-of-the-mill, albeit rather playful, building. On this spot once stood "Malmö fruktimport" (see second pic, which I just stole of the interwebs Pic taken from the opposite direction). It was one of Malmö's few wooden houses and home to an AA-group I attended a lot in the 90's. The 12 step program is not... unproblematic, to put it cautiously, but that group was rather benign. The interior of the house was a time capsule. Every room was unlocked and accessibel. (I guess they trusted sober alcoholics), and one could roam the halls. Nothing had changed since the 70's; Vintage phones and huge calculating contraptions, everything brown, beige and dirty orange, A beautiful, dusty and analog dream. Well... just a small tidbit from my life...
