Suite à mon dernier post au sujet de l'alcool, voici toutes les ressources que vous m'avez conseillé ! Ça en fait un bon paquet. Ce qui montre bien que c'est un vrai sujet, alors continuons d'en parler, entre ami.es, en famille, au boulot, partout, qu'on soit directement concerné.es, ou pas, conscient.es, ou pas. Mettons le sujet de l'alcool et sa place dans nos vies à tous les ordres du jour !

Il y a des carnets de bord de sevrage, des romans plus ou moins autobiographique, des essais, des livrets à destination des jeunes (Alcool, avons-nous un problème), des BD, et des podcasts. Cette liste n'est pas exhaustives, il y en a plein d'autres.

Merci à toutes les personnes qui m'ont écrit pour me confier être touché.es par mon affiche et mon témoignage. C'est agréable de se sentir moins seul.es et d'envoyer un bon gros coup de pied sur ces conventions sociales qui nous empêchent de parler de ce sujet.

Following my last post about alcohol, here are all the resources you recommended! There are quite a few. This clearly shows that it's a real issue, so let's keep talking about it—with friends, family, at work, everywhere—whether we're directly affected or not, aware of it or not. Let's put the topic of alcohol and its place in our lives on everyone's agenda!

There are withdrawal journals, novels (some more autobiographical than others), essays, booklets for young people (Alcohol: Do We Have a Problem?), graphic novels, and podcasts. This list isn't exhaustive; there are many more.

Thank you to everyone who wrote to me to say they were touched by my poster and my story. It's nice to feel less alone and to give a good kick to these social conventions that prevent us from talking about this subject.
