Seems the magnesium in cacao has been doing something. Due to the heat, I only had one mug of it this morning. I’d been on four a day (six tablespoons daily is apparently okay - one per mug). Despite some sleep, muscles still restless so I made two more mugs of 1.5tbsp each and it has calmed down. Bit too strong a taste, but not too bad.

I’ve had this restlessness for years (15?) and not known what it was. I noticed outright twitchy muscles, as I’d also had for a few years, a few weeks ago when I briefly tried, and stopped, a supplement. It worked great until the side effects. I’d avoided taking any, can’t seem to tolerate even chelated bisglycinate (gentlest type).
