If you have someone in your life, a friend, a family member who is an #alcoholic and is at times abusive in any form, it's OK to distance yourself from them for your own well being.
It may not feel good, they may try to guilt you for doing so, but if they can't #respect your #boundaries and treat you as you should be treated, it's important you take action to be ok for yourself.
It's a 'put your own mask on before helping others' situation.
