Today, we are celebrating 10 years of Nextcloud! 🎉

We started as a small group, all sharing the same idea: users and organizations should be in control of their data — and that you can build a successful company by developing 100% Free Software.

And here we are, ten years later: still 100% Open Source, millions of users, and still growing.

Nextcloud is now much more than just file sync and share — we’ve become a full content collaboration platform. But our mission remains the same, and more relevant than ever: Digital Sovereignty.
