Building a community of musicians on social media is hard.

There are those that hate the idea of it.

They rage about it in thread after thread.

They don't get it. We should pity them.

Even though they call these communities "circles of shite" or "circle jerks" they are just projecting and showing everyone who they really are.

I'm so overjoyed to have had my music reviewed and featured in national music press and by independent bloggers!

There's something really amazing about sitting back and reading those magazines and realising it's about my music. Seems unreal!

It's also a beautiful thing when one of my peers goes to the trouble of writing their own reviews.

It's just bloody lovely. So THANK YOU ALL!

Now I need somehow to get all those reviews, and the music that inspired them, into more people's hearts.

While exploring the snowy winter mountains of Bulgaria looking for another spot, I stumbled across this spot. Closed since around 2010, this abandoned ski lodge remains in a remarkably untouched state. Inside are 120 bedrooms, beds still made and small CRT televisions covered in dust. Glasses wrapped in plastic sit unopened beside them.
