I wish we had better titles for #Support roles that distinguish what's required.

Role titles such as: [Customer, Client, Product, Technical] [Support, Experience, Service] [Agent, Specialist, Representative]

Pay range: from 35k CAD (24.5k USD) - below living wage - up to 150k CAD (106k USD).

Expectations and skill level range from answering basic consumer questions, to what most would title as a 'support engineer' role.

Also bounce opinions off of. How to correct something that seems lacking in a community, so that you could have another mod to discuss stuff? Or just bitch and moan about users and stuff without reprecussions? I think it would be a better and would make us more active in getting traffic.

If you want to support #musicians please come to #Bandcamp. This is the only place for musicians to actually earn some #money because they get payed 80% of the income. Compare this to Spotify that only ‘pays’ when a track is listended to at least 1000 x a month by at least 50 unique listeners.
