I need a #CovidSafe eye doctor in the #NYC area; #Brooklyn or #Manhattan would be great! In terms of what precautions they take, I'm looking for the works, ideally, but the most important thing is the use of #PPE #N95 by all office staff.

πŸ€”What next for the virus?
✍️It's in our own hands, face, space, air we breathe:
You: 'live with Covid'!
Mandatory testing: gone.
@ONS survey: gone.
Government behaves as though #Covid's gone.
πŸ’―Covid hasn't gone:
@Join_ZOE UK cases now >1.2 million.
Cases: doubled since 4 July 2023:

I believe that when you visit the doctor you should be healed from your ailments.

Not pickup the latest versions of the top 20 current infectious diseases.

I guess that makes me a radical. 😷✊🏽

SARS-CoV-1 infected about 8000 people (confirmed) and killed about 800.

About half of the survivors had long term issues.

...

SARS-CoV-2 has infected 676mm (confirmed) and killed 6.8mm.

"As of 10 March 2023, there have been 676,609,955 total confirmed cases of SARS‑CoV‑2 infection in the ongoing pandemic.[180] The total number of deaths attributed to the virus is 6,881,955.[180]" (this is from Wikipedia)

How many long term issues will the survivors have, one wonders.

the woman who was killed for flying a rainbow flag was named Laura Ann Carleton. I just want to remember her name

β€œWe fundamentally do not know the extent of the long-term damage continual reinfection with #COVID19 will cause to children, and the data we have so far are upsetting. What are we willing to risk? Are we OK with more children contracting diabetes? Are we OK with many more children developing highly disabling orthostatic intolerance? How about chronic fatigue, cognitive impairment, sleep disorders and heart problems?”

Parents often believe in a societal fiction that children will just be OK and will live healthy lives. This can help cope with the anxieties of raising children.

Calgary Herald
the myths β€”that Covid is mild, doesn’t hurt kids, doesn’t spread from schools, should be accepted as inevitable, is more or less like a cold now, is over, can’t be prevented by masks, is less important than education or economic activity, etcβ€” are all easily disproven and yet they frame the worldviews of a majority of progressives, liberals, and democrats. Why?

This headline is BS (as of now.)

Some of you think I'm #COVID19 panicked. I'm not; I'm just informed and worried we're all overlooking long-term risks. Some LOVE to spread panic. I do my best to filter needless hysteria.

This article is a good example. The first sentence says, "It’s been described as the most deadly Covid strain since Omicron." No one is saying that! There are only 6 known sequences of this variant. We simply don't know what it will do (if anything).
