Experiencing anxiety about calling a local disability group to see if they have any info on getting an emotional support dog to help me with my various anxieties & PTSD.

I know of one way but it's a bit on the expensive side so I am hoping this disability group may know of a cheaper alternative.

One of the things that causes anxiety when I need to call a business is feeling like I am interrupting them & being a burden.

My husband & I celebrated being together for 12yrs this February. Next month is our 5yr wedding anniversary.
