13 July 1935 | Czech Jewish boy, Jiří Treichlinger, was born in Prague.

He was deported to #Auschwitz from #Theresienstadt ghetto on 1 February 1943. He was murdered in a gas chamber with his sister Eva after the arrival selection.

#Watching BURNT OFFERINGS

A #movie that should be better than it is considering all the talent involved.
It's a #film you want to like more than you actually do. Such an odd experience watching all this above the line talent in such a barely average movie.
Oliver Reed and Karen Black take their roles way too seriously as if their agents told them they would considered for Oscars. If they were campier with it the movie might not feel so bogged down.
Bette Davis, bless her. She don't give a fuck about this movie just as long as they pay her. Maybe they paid her by the cliché.
More trashy might have been more fun. But it feels like an overacted high school play only the high schoolers are old people.
