Made some sous vide chicken for the first time! It turned out great and had some sweet potatoe mash with crisped chili corn and kohlrabi on the side. One of those dinners I couldn't get out of my mind after eating it.

There is a famous Jamie Oliver recipe for filled cannoli with cauliflower, anchovies and a looooot of garlic. I transformed it into a pescetarian vegetable lasagna and it turned out really nice!
