Wer nach etwas Besonderem für Ostern sucht: Wie wäre es mit wundervollem No-Knead-Kulitsch mit ukrainischen Wurzeln? Versüßt euch den Osterbrunch doch mit Orangenaroma, herber Schokolade, Mandeln und getränkten Cranberrys und Aprikosen in flaumig-warmem Hefeteig!

Der Teig für dieses reichhaltige Osterbrot wird am Vorabend angerührt, geht über Nacht und wird dann erst gebacken - so wird der Hefeteig ganz besonders! Das Rezept habe ich inzwischen mehrfach gebacken, das Osterbrot lässt sich auch gut in Scheiben/Segmenten einfrieren, so dass es nicht nur das Osterfrühstück versüßen kann.
